2024 NECO Spring Show Book

Dear Members,

The 2024 NECO Spring Virtual Show Book is now open for member orders!

NEW THIS SHOW! — NEAG will be opening and closing the show book twice to allow members the opportunity to strategically order products through our Spring Product Show in Providence, RI. We will have one member shipping date at the beginning of April and the other one after our Providence Show in May. During this time members will have the opportunity to refresh their retail floors with new models and take advantage of the show book programs/offers. Listed below are the requirements & guidelines the NEAG team asks members to review before participating in these show programs.

What does this mean for you?
You won’t get a flood of product in April, and you can strategically order the product when you need it.

Show Book Dates: March 4, 2024-March 31, 2024.

• All Seasonal Orders MUST be placed during this time only, your seasonal products will arrive in April. You will have the first chance of ordering any closeout deals on Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers. This has always been on a first come basis!

• You can order the Display product you need ASAP for it to arrive in April so you can manage your floor space.

Show Book Dates: April 1-May 3, 2024.

• This allows you to view products at the Product Show before placing your orders in the Show Book.

• If you are late and order seasonal during this time then you will not get any dating on your order and the product will arrive around May 15, 2024.

• Show Book will close 2 days after the Providence Show, so we recommend placing your orders at the show with your Sales reps.

2024 Annual Physical Inventory

Please be aware that we will be conducting our Annual Physical Inventory on Saturday, January 27, 2024.

Note: This date is weather dependent and subject to change to Friday, January 26 2024 if necessary.

 Please review dates regarding ordering, returns, delivery appointments and product availability and make sure your staff is aware:

ORDERS

• Orders for delivery on Friday, January 26th must be entered no later than noon on Thursday, January 25th –  NO EXCEPTIONS.

DEALER PICK-UPS & DELIVERIES:

• For Dealer Pickups – Orders placed after 6:00am on Friday, January 26th will be available for pick up commencing, Monday, January 29th.

• For Dealer Deliveries (Stafford & Reilly’s) – Orders placed after noon on Friday, January 26th will not be delivered on Monday, January 29th.

• These orders will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day.

• The Ordering Site (B2B) will be available during this time, however, available quantities will not be updated.  Please hold off entering any unnecessary orders until January 29th.

• You will only receive web reference #’s during this time as orders will not be imported into our system.

RETURNS

• We are requesting that ALL “Good Stock” and “Bad Box” returns be returned no later than close of business on Thursday, January 25th. 

• We will resume accepting these RMA’s on Monday, January 29th.

• We are requesting that ALL “Damage” and “Special Order” returns be returned no later than close of business on Friday, January 19th. 

•  Please be aware of this when requesting manufacturer RA’s that expire within 2 weeks.  We will resume accepting these RMA’s on Thursday, February 1st.

INVENTORY FEEDS / AVAILABILITY

• All inventory feeds to RWS/Retail Deck and AVB will be paused at approximately 3:30pm on Friday, January 26th.

• Feeds will not be updated again until physical inventory is completed or early morning January 28th.

• Please do not promise merchandise with limited availability to a customer as these items may not be available due to orders being placed while inventory feeds are paused.

DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

• The warehouse will not be scheduling delivery appointments from our manufacturers on Friday, January 26th.

• The following cross dock deliveries will also be affected.

  • GE

  • Whirlpool

  • Middleby

  • Electrolux

  • Fisher Paykel

  • Miele

Please plan your ordering accordingly.

Stafford and Reilly’s drivers will reach out to all members and advise if they are getting delivery or not on the next scheduled day.

Registration Now Open! - NECO EXPO at Mohegan Sun

Registration for our annual NECO EXPO @ Mohegan Sun is now open!

The Fall NECO EXPO at Mohegan Sun will take place Monday, September 11th & Tuesday, September 12th with the NEAG Member Meeting taking place on Sunday, September 10th (time and details to be announced).

As in the past, NEAG will be offering our members a 2 nights’ stay (Single Occupancy/Per Member). Members MUST attend the Member Meeting on Sunday, September 10th to receive the 2-night coverage.

We will send additional communications regarding the Display Ordering – NECO Show Book as we get closer to this event.

The online NECO Show Book is anticipated to be live the beginning of September and run through the event. This will be the time to meet with vendors and refresh your floors or find new brands to partner with (most brands are currently stocked by your warehouse).

NECO EXPO Fall Show Book

IMPORTANT: This is a friendly reminder email that the NECO Fall Show Book will close on Thursday, September 29th for all member orders. Vendors will have access through Friday, September 30th for approvals. Be sure to look at the offers and refresh your floors while taking advantage of the MFG discounts. NEAG Closed on Monday, July 4th

In observance of the July 4th Holiday, NEAG (offices & warehouse) will be closed Monday July 4th. Normal shipping schedule for the week will resume Tuesday 7/5.

Below is a list of the Manufacturer trucks affected:

GE – Specials will be pulled on Friday 7/1 and deliver Wednesday 7/6. No specials pulled on Wednesday 6/29.

• WHIRLPOOL – Specials will be pulled on Friday 7/1 and deliver on Wednesday 7/6. No specials pulled on Wednesday 6/29.

• FRIGIDAIRE – Specials will be pulled on Thursday 6/29 and deliver on Friday 7/1

• SMEG – Specials will be pulled on Friday 7/1 and deliver as normal.

• ALMO – Specials will be pulled on Friday 7/1 and deliver as normal.
